Learning for the preparation of examinations of access to the judicial and fiscal career in the European University of Valencia

Abstract

The European university of Valencia has introduced as educational innovation in the methodology of the degree of Law the preparation of examinations for those students who after finishing his studies before such a competitive market decide to choose for the examinations for it there is claimed that the studies a university student allows them to be useful as preparation for the examinations using technologies of study and of oral technologies in order which it turns out to be to them easier. This methodology turns out to be key for the students who once finish his studies they decide to choose for the preparation of examinations.

This was incorporated into the subject “Family and Inheritance Law” with 6 E.C.T.S, which was studied in the third year of the Law Degree at the European University of Valencia during the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 academic year. A total of 25 students were introduced to several “study and oral expression technique” seminars aimed at the students acquiring mental agility and fluency in the learning of the syllabus. Finally a final oral knowledge test on the subject was conducted, so simulating a real Civil Service exercise so that the student could gain preparation and experience.
